I stumbled on this quality website today. Its good for a laugh or 23. Apparently some bible-thumpers armed with keyboards and the intelligence of candycorn got together and realized that the next pope will be the devil incarnate! and they have biblical proof, from the most historically accurate book in the bible, Revelations, no less!

“From the study of Revelation 13 & 17, we can conclude only one who constitutes the best personality for achieving Satan’s end-time agenda: it is John Paul II the Great. Below are the reasons:

  1. Out of the seven kings, he is the only one that fulfills the prophesied statement: “And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.” Revelation 13:3. John Paul II is the only king of the seven who experienced a deadly wound in 1980, when he was nearly assassinated. Thereafter, the whole world, as prophesied, wondered after him.
  2. Remember the divine hint: “five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come.” Revelation 17:10. When Apostle John was taken in a vision to the future, he was taken to the time of the reign of the sixth king (John Paul II).”

Et cetera.

Anyway, better get believing people. Not much time left.

That site is hilarious. The best part is that for every new Pope, some Protestant group comes along chanting “He’s the Devil and the world is ending!” So far, I don’t believe any of them have been correct, unless the world ended while I wasn’t paying any attention.

It ended yesterday, I belive.
Also, I have no idea why all these posts say “written with love by…” Is that a joke?
And, this post’s ID is 23.
